James Anthony Worley Glendora, CA Team Nevada September 09, 1976 - September 08, 2008 THANK YOU FOR SAYING YES! My heart donor James Anthony Worley, aka Tony was a 32 year old husband and father of a 3 week old baby girl. I was told he was fun loving, friendly, kind and generous; he was the glue that kept the family together. On September 7, 2008 Tony and his family went out to celebrate his upcoming birthday. After dinner the family returned home to continue the celebration. Someone showed up who was not invited and Tony asked him to leave. The guy took offense and punched Tony; he fell and hit his head on the concrete and never regained consciousness. On September 8th the doctors pronounced him brain dead. The family made the difficult decision to have him removed from life support and donate his organs. On September 9th which was Tony's birthday I received his heart. This September 9th will be nine years and I have had no infection or rejection, which made Tony a "Perfect Match" for me! I will be eternally grateful to my Donor Family for saying YES to organ donation!❤️

Breanne Conterio Kansas City, MO Team MO-KAN February 27, 1990 - January 09, 2012 Our Beautiful Angel Breanne was a 21yr old nursing student when she tragically passed away from a PE(Pulmonary Embolism) the oral contraception pill called: YAZ. "Bree" as she was known by many, Loved Life! She always rooted for the under dog. Bree never judged people by their skin color, ethnic or income. She believed that beauty was from within. She would say I'll have your back as long as you are honest/trustworthy, kind, and respectful. Bree loved to make her friends laugh all the time! She enjoyed helping to build up their confidence, because Bree was strong in that area. She was a leader. Bree 's motto: Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much! Is pretty much how she lived her life. She also liked the saying YOLO: You Only Live Once. Bree tried to be the best that she could be. Even though she is no longner with us here, a part of Bree continues to live on through her unselfish "Gift's of Life": Her Heart, both Kidney's and Liver continue to give Four People a second chance with life! We Miss you always Breanne Marie and Love you even more!! You're an Inspiration to many and you're our Hero! Until we meet again, keep a watchful eye over us! Thomas Doherty Birdsboro, PA Team Philadelphia December 23, 1942 - December 06, 2012 Our Pop-Pop This train fanatic had the opportunity to receive a liver transplant. He lived to see all four of his grandchildren with this transplant and we are eternally grateful to his donor.

Isa was an incredible friend, a fierce competitor at the Transplant Games, and forever a beautiful reminder of the miracle of life. Isa’s contribution to the donation and transplant community is immeasurable. Her passion for life was contagious and she honored not only her donors, but donors everywhere with a grateful and loving spirit. She shared this passion with her twin sister and Transplant Games co-competitor, Ana, who passed away in 2013. While we remain heartbroken by Isa's loss, we are comforted knowing that she and Ana are forever in each other’s arms.

She was a member at St Luke Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She had Pulmonary Valve Stenosis, Noonan Syndrome,Type 1 diabetes and Graves’ disease. She had always wanted to be an organ donor but was afraid of her illnesses that she couldn’t but she was able to. I am always trying to keep her memory alive. She was such a beautiful spirit.

Chad Radvansky Lugoff, SC Team South Carolina October 08, 1985 - September 06, 2003 Chad Radvansky's Legacy Chad was a handsome young man with an engaging smile. He loved sports and participated in baseball, basketball, snowboarding, soccer and competitive swimming. He was involved in church youth activities and scouts, an honor student and played trumpet in the band. Born on our 3rd anniversary, he was truly a gift as the oldest of four children. In addition to his parents, he left behind a brother, Denis, and two sisters, Megan and Dawn. He had a quick wit and found humor in most situations. He was quick to smile and slow to anger. Chad was humble about his many accomplishments and preferred the background to the spotlight. Many times, we would find him quietly sitting in the room listening to the adults instead of outside playing with the children. He was loyal to his friends and would not participate in or listen to gossip. What we miss most of all is his laughter and ability to make us smile. As he got older, Chad was less willing to hug but would put his arm around my neck and pretend to wrestle me to the ground. I knew this was his way of showing affection without losing his "cool factor." He was a 2003 graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and a freshman at Coastal Carolina University. The summer after graduation, he was building a house in Myrtle Beach with his dad and uncle. He was so proud of the work he had put into it and was looking forward to moving into his new home in only a couple of weeks. When Chad got his driver's licence at age 15, I asked him if he wanted to be an organ donor. Without hesitation, he said yes and added, "If I die, I would offer anything to anyone if it saved or improved their life." Because this was his desire, we never had to make that decision during the most difficult time of our lives. Chad lost his life because of a few poor choices and inexperience behind the wheel while making the familiar drive home. Without Chad, his birthdays and our anniversaries will never be the same. Chad was kind, considerate and lived life to the fullest. Even as a teenager, he was always respectful and made us proud. His death has left an emptiness that can never be filled, but he has touched the lives of many who will never be the same.

"I was a 44 year old supportive husband and loving father of 2 beautiful little girls. I became passionate for organ donation a long time ago when I learned of my best friend being a living donor to his sister. I then became an advocate for several years after supporting my wife during many tragic losses. Two years ago, I went to the Transplant Games of America to honor and celebrate the life of my wife's mother. Not long after the games, I kissed my wife goodbye and went to work. Suddenly I collapsed from a heart attack and was unable to be resuscitated. Now I leave behind my family legacies and my donor legacies." As a proud wife, I can honestly thank him for teaching me to live each day as it is my last and to help the ones I can!

Kaleb "K-Bob" McLaughlin Pinoeer, OH Team Ohio June 04, 1993 - June 24, 2013 Til we celebrate together again😇 Kaleb had a huge heart! He would do anything for anyone. Kaleb was a hard worker, was active in FFA, loved his family and God. Kaleb had purchased everything he wanted on his own, a Mustang, a motorcycle and a pickup truck, he was loving life! Kaleb was killed 20 days after his 20th birthday. We are so thankful that he had made the bittersweet choice to be a registered organ donor!!💙💚💝 Kaleb may be gone from us, but he lives on through others!
