Jake's beautiful smile charmed all those who met him. He especially loved to gaze at his dad, his mom, and, especially, his big brother. Jake passed unexpectedly at two and a half months, but his legacy lives on through his recipients: two cornea recipients, and a heart recipient who we are lucky enough to consider family. This beautiful boy of ours, with his bright blue, twinkling eyes, truly changed our lives "for good."
