Fundraiser Ideas to Inspire you
Partner with local businesses
Restaurant Give-Back Night: Ask a local restaurant to donate 10–20% of proceeds from one evening’s sales to your TLF fundraiser.
Shop & Support: Partner with a local boutique or small business for a one-day fundraising event where a portion of sales go to TLF.
Fitness Class for a Cause: Partner with a yoga instructor or fitness trainer to host a class with a donation-based entry.
Community Fundraisers
Car Wash for a Cause: Rally a group of volunteers to host a car wash at a local school, church, or community center.
Bake Sale: Homemade cookies, cupcakes, and other goodies never go out of style.
Yard Sale: Combine spring cleaning with purpose—donate all or part of the proceeds to TLF.
Auction: Hold a silent auction with donated items from local businesses.
Online/Social Media Fundraisers
Tribute or Memorial Campaign: Dedicate your fundraiser to honor a transplant recipient, donor, or loved one.
Birthday Fundraiser: Ask for donations in lieu of gifts for your birthday or transplant anniversary.
Social Media Challenge: Create a hashtag challenge (e.g., walk a mile, do 10 pushups, etc.) and tag friends to donate or participate.
